An apprenticeship offers the opportunity to train whilst you work, gives you additional support on the job, time out for learning, and peer support through the college and across the Trust.

The Trust and its schools promote lifelong learning and have supported apprentices to gain teaching assistant qualifications and then onto Teacher training and applicants with transferable skills into a new career environment.
