What is the best piece of advice you would give to someone thinking about becoming or hiring an apprentice?
Go for it! It is an amazing way to start your career without the University debt and you get to ‘earn while you learn’.
Please tell us a positive story regarding apprenticeships that you can share?
I myself joined PM+M as a Business Admin Apprentice.. I have since moved into HR and start my training for a professional qualification next year with full support from the firm. In addition to this, one of our partners, Chris Johnson, started his training with PM+M when he first started his career. Through years of hard work and dedication to his job he has managed to work his way up to Partner level. This really shows that the hard work does pay off and you don’t need a degree behind you to reach your career goals.
